Mancat Monday

Flynn has been very upset that someone stole our long grass and he can't bounce in it any more. Being a thoughtful brother, I thought I would see if I could find it for him.

I sat down and tried to think what could have happened.

Then it suddenly came to me. The grass hasn't disappeared at all, it's just different!

I put my head into it and had a good look. It doesn't seem to be growing out of the ground any more.

I got under for a better look. It's gone all sort of dry and crinkly and warm. It smells nice too.

Hmmm, it's nice to nap in. If you get right underneath, it keeps the hot sun off your furrs. Flynn will be glad I found the grass for him. Flyyyyyyyynnnnnnnnnnn!!!!

Flynn: Wow thanks Eric, you are right, it is nice and comfy. Just right for taking a baff.

Hehe! It's fun to rassle in it too.

This is lots of fun. We are glad we found our grass to play in again. We hope nothing else happens to it.

After all that work and rassling, I think I deserve a nice rest now.

  15. Hay, boys! hehehe. Mom loves to watch our neighbor in the farm across the street from our subdivision bale his hay.

We think romping through the tall grasses must be such fun! Luckily, it always grows back!

  25. I had a feeling the grass was more flattened than gone. Is it all cut off? I think the grass might turn into bales of hay soon. But I am not sure.

  28. Oh what fun!!! Hopefully nothing more will happen to your comfy grass but we wouldn't count on it... keep an eye out for a big metal monster that just might scoop it up and eat it...then it poops it out in neat squares or round ones...then another big metal monster comes along and eats that then runs away......that's what happens in the big field next to us, we watch it every year=^Y^=the Cat Street Boyz
