Mancat Monday and Bermuda.

Mancats like to play like kittens sometimes.

Peek a boo!

Here are some of the photos mum took in Bermuda. This is the smallest and oldest church on the island.

It is still used for services.

From the smallest church to the smallest drawbridge. When a yacht needs to go under the bridge, someone takes the plank out in the middle so the mast can pass through.

This is the oldest all steel lighthouse.

All the houses have one thing in common, a white roof with channels built into it. This is to collect all the rainwater which is channeled into a tank in the gardens.

This is Bermuda Cathedral.

and Bermuda Fort.

There are lots of beautiful beaches.....

and quiet little coves.
We hope you have enjoyed seeing a small part of this beautiful island. Tomorrow we visit Lisbon in Portugal.

  24. Mom's maternal grandmother, Nana Jo, use to go to Bermuda quite often with he chums. She always brought Momma and all her brothers and sisters each back a tiny bottle of Pink Bermuda Sand! Momma still wants to go there one day, especially to find a few of those lovely little coves!

It's so good to see mancats acting like boycats. It keeps the twinkle in their eyes :).

Our mom especially likes the small chapel. Very humble and intimate. Looks like a picture of St George slaying the dragon at the side of the altar.

  32. Hey, DUDE! I so love the inner kitten coming out--we ALL need to get a bit of that, now and then. :)

Smallest church is something. Thanks to your Mum for showing them. Now when they were in Bermuda, they didn't go close to that Triangle, I heard tell about, did they?
