Tummy Tuesday

This photo was taken just before the Beans deserted us and our outdoor run was ready to be put against the garage wall so we could still go out in the fresh air and sunshine. I like to lie on the shelf, but if you look at the top of the ramp, someone had beaten me to it! I was very polite and didn't chase Mr. Pigeon away and laid on the ground instead. When the Beans came back from their holidays, Mr. Pigeon had gone. Mum knows that we didn't have him for supper because we can't get out of our run once dad has fixed it to the wall. Mum said he had probably gone back home to his loft. At least now I can have my shelf back.
We have told mum she can put some of her holiday photos on our blog, probably from Thursday onwards. At least that will keep her happy.

  11. Your run looks excellent. How does it work with the garage? That pigeon is either very brave or very dumb.

  25. Morning Eric and Flynn,
What a nice run you two have. We were wondering what you would do about getting out when the peeps were away. I, of course, stay inside all the time so it doesn't bother me but I know you two love to be outside some each day.

We look forward to Mom and Dad's vacation pictures,
    Madi and Mom

We were reading your comment and saw that the Whiskeratti said your picture wasn't coming up when you commented - you picture doesn't come up on ours either.

  31. You guys have such an amazing outdoor space - you are so lucky! And it is great that you can still go out when your mom and dad are gone - it is so nice they set up the run for you like that!!

  32. Oh Eric, your tummy has the best of both worlds. Nice cool dirt and nice cool cement!

  33. What a sweet adorable boy you are, dear Eric, to share your beautiful run with Mr. Pigeon. We are sure he thoroughly enjoyed your generous hospitality and probably found it hard to leave such agreeable surroundings. Hope he made it home safely. We also hope he realized that he should not expect such excellent hospitality from other cats.
Your run is just perfect. Lush green grass and even a border of lovely flowers. Mum said that she'd enjoy taking her chair and sitting in your run.

  34. You guys are just so nonchalant about those pigeons! Well, it's nice that you can live and let live, and very kind of you to let the pigeon have your best spot.
