Why............

..........leave the drawer open if you don't want me to sit in it?

  1. Human beans do the craziest things then we get the blame for it. It also looks like a good cat bed to me too. Have a great weekend out in your big beautiful yard.

  4. If it's available, and if it's comfy, just settle in! The humans will get cat hair on their clothes anyway.

btw--we loved the "Jungle Cat" post, you two have the best adventures.

  10. The temptations our Moms and Dad set before us are innumerable and irresistible. It's amazing we even have time for a single nap!

  11. What else is a drawer for, except for one or two cats to take a great nap in. Everytime there is one open here, we climb right in. Hope all of you have a super week end.

  12. Perfectly reasonable question, I think.

  13. Thank you Eric for asking this age old question!!! Mom does this too then seems surprised to find me in a drawer, cabinet or in Dad's train room....The look on your face says it all!!

  16. We feel for you Eric - with us though it's any cupboard door left for just an instant - we're in like lightning. Sometimes mum comes by and closes the door without looking inside and then we wait for her to realise one of us is missing and we keep real quiet and sometimes hide so well she looks in and doesn't see us buried under sweaters and things!! When she's going bananas we start headbutting the door and she comes and lets us out and gives us kisses to say she's sorry!!!

  17. Well, YEAH! If it's open, it's for you.

BTW, there's water 'round the corner for you guys!

  19. Of course, she opened it so you could sit in it. Everything beans do is solely for the enjoyment of us kitties. It was very thoughtful of you to jump right in to make her feel appreciated for her efforts.

  20. An open drawer is just an open invitation for us kitties.

  21. That is a mean test. They know cats have to get in any new spaces they can! haha

  22. Don't waste your time trying to figure out the beans. They are illogical, unpredictable, irrational beings. Very confused with their wishes but we love them anyway. Happy day boys.
