Keep Fit with Flynn

I like to keep my tummy trim and to do so means exercising every morning. This move is very good for your tummy muscles. You have to touch the toes of your back foot with your opposite front foot. The secret is to raise your other back foot at the same time.

When you have done that you can relax for the rest of the day with a clear conscience.

  1. Flynn, I love you but "fit" is not a word that comes to mind when I look at your prosperous tummy!

  5. My human does that move when she puts on her Pilates DVDs. It's called the Saw. Only she does it on both sides, and repeats it a few times. I will have to tell her she has been doing it wrong.

  19. Flynn,

You've definitely got that move mastered. And we can see why, you were in the Cat-O-Lympics this year.

Although, it looks like maybe "napping" was your forte.

Either way, you've got a really good move there. Thanks for sharing.

"The Boys" will probably be practicing that for a while to give you a run for your money.
