We have had nearly 2 weeks of no rain and the fields have dried out nicely. This means we can go for more walks.
We looked in the hedge to see if any mousies were about.
Mr Badger takes a short cut through the hedge here so I sniffed the thorns to see if he had been here recently.
Then I went a bit higher up the hedge to see if any fevvers have started building their nests yet.
No, nothing to be seen here.
Flynn was watching a mousie hole. He thought I was going to frighten Mr Mousie away.
I didn't though, I walked on past.
Flynn kept watching.....
and I ate some grass.

Signs of spring! That is what we want.
Pisi and Squeak say they may even like each other if they could go out like you do! Enjoy that grass
I am sure glad you got to have some walks boys...and we got to follow along!
WE are glad you get to go for walks again!
You boys have so many things to do on your strolls!
Uh oh, if you are eating salad, there will probably be a barf puddle for your mum! Or do you like to do that outside?
I worry about your meeting that badger. They are mean and vicious.
If that badger comes out, be sure to RUN back to the safety of the house, Eric and Flynn!
It looks like spring is on its way!
We are so happy you two kitties get to take your walks again. We're sure the mousies and birdies will be out and about in no time :)
Was it good grass? I hope you continue to get some nice days!
A most excellent patrol. We really hope the badgers keep away.
Isn't it just lovely not to have mud everywhere?
Purrs,

I guess eating grass is better than smoking it! ;)
It's great that the fields have dried out enough for you to take more walks. Patrolling is important!
Glad you got in a good walk and got to check everything for any visitors or new fevvers. Guess you didn't get a mouse. Hope all of you have a great week.
We're SO glad things have dried out for our friends across the pond. No you mum has no more muddy feet prints to clean up MOL! Enjoy your hunting.

You guys are so fortunate to be into Spring already, while we're still under heaps of snow, here.
Your walk seems so very idyllic! It's almost like cat heaven on earth.

I love your adventures guys!
So glad mud season is over and fresh new grass is springing, yum!
We're glad thing are dying out for you now and that you have fresh grass to eat (and barf up). LOL.
As for the mousies...They might be a little scrawny and underweight after the winter, maybe you need to give them time to fatten up. :-)
You can hop a plane and come to our house, we have plenty of mice for you two=^Y^=
Yipped for dry, fresh whiffies! Purrs...
Hi, sweet boys. We are happy for you that the rain stopped and you got to go watch mousie holes and eat grass. Spring should come soon and then maybe you will see more activity on your outings. Hugs and nose kisses
Oh your walk looked so interesting and like a lot of fun. I bet those smells were wonderful.
We're glad you got to go out to check for mousies!!
