Friday Flashback and Caturday Art.

This post comes from June 2011 and was called: A Package for us.

Our mum says she wants to thank everyone for all their purrs and prayers and good wishes, and to thank those her sent her lovely get well cards. She got some presents too. She was sent a beautiful pendant with two little kitties and citrine stones from a very good friend she got to know through our blog. The person who sent it wishes to remain anonymous but said she sent the pendant to our mum for good luck. Mum wears it all of the time.
Mum also had a beautiful bouquet of flowers sent to her in the hospital from Ginger Jasper and his mum and dad. Before she went into hospital, they also sent her a little ginger cuddly cat called Tabatha to watch over her when we couldn't be there. Then a week ago she got another get well card and a package for US!!!

Update: This  was from when I had cancer the first time and had to have a hysterectomy.

It was from mom Trish and everyone at the Katnip Lounge. There is nip and treats and lots of mousies that have been marinated in valerian root.

It smells very interesting.

Eric: Nip doesn't do anything for me but these mousies smell very good.
Flynn: I'm more interested in this lovely smell on the box.

Flynn: I smell nip but I can smell something even better. I wish I knew what it could be.

Eric: Let me have a sniff Flynn. Oh you are silly, it's the Katnip Lounge kitties that you can smell.

Anyway, I need to check these treats out.

Eric: I have chosen my favourite toy. It is this red mousie. Valerian root must be better than nip because I am not giving my mousie up for anyone.

I think I love you mousie.

Flynn: I love boxes but I can't work out how I am going to fit in this one.

I wonder if it is Sweet Pea's beautiful scent I can smell in this box. Sorry valerian mousies and nip, you will have to wait. My box smells much more interesting right now.

While Flynn is occupied with his little box, I am going to keep playing with my mousie. Thank you everyone at the Katnip Lounge for our gifts.
