The Mouse Hole.
There is nothing I like better than finding a nice mouse hole when I am out walking. I like to see if there is anybody home and reach in right up to my armpit. Mum says that one day there is going to be a big fat mousie waiting for me, and he will grab my paw and pull me right down into the hole. Hmm, maybe I'd better be a bit more careful.
For those of you who were wondering what we were sniffing yesterday. Dad borrowed a mini digger to do some work in one of the fields, and that is the low loading trailer that it came on.

I've never seen a mouse hole before! Hope they don't have rats in there!
ReplyDeleteYou are adorable...none of my children would know what to do if they saw a mousehole!
ReplyDeleteAre you sure that's a mouse hole and not a python hole?
ReplyDeleteBetter be careful that it's not something else. There is no mouse hole in my little garden so I guess I haven't come across one. Certainly not one as obvious and big as yours.
ReplyDeleteMaybe you could listen extra carefully to see if the mouse is home?
ReplyDeletewhat's in there honey? a mousie? oboy! that sounds interesting!!

I bet you would have fun chasing that mouse in the mouse hole!
ReplyDeleteYou get to see so many things outside that I've never seen. Be careful of those holes - you wouldn't want to come across a snake.
ReplyDeleteHow cool! Wish we had some mousie holes around here!
ReplyDeleteHow exciting!
ReplyDeleteThat mouse hole looks like fun! did you get the mouse?
ReplyDeleteYou are quite a mouser! In our family it's my sister Cecilia who will sit patiently at the mouse holes.
ReplyDeleteA real live mousie hole?!?! How cool!

You are very clever to find a mouse hole, but it does look huge for a lttle mouse. Be careful nothing else jumps out.

Ha. Flynn, you are a match for ANY mousie!
ReplyDeleteHello my wild buddies!!!! I missed you this summer! What a great video. So fearless!! You don't know who or what was down that hole! The PM had me out on my harness yesterday and the wind made me nervous. I am losing my touch!

ReplyDeleteI don't blame Flynn for sticking his whole arm down that mouse hole! Wow, that must be some mouse, because the hole is certainly big enough! The hole is very intriguing, and certainly begs to be explored.
ReplyDeleteMy Dante is like that -- he loves to stick his paw down holes of any sort, and he'll even dig. Sometimes he thinks he's a woofie, I think!
WOW Flynn!!! That was a B~I~G mousie hole!!! Looks like fun! We were waiting for a mousie to come up and tickle your belly!
ReplyDeleteFlynn you are so brave! My boys would not have a clue about a mouse hole. My Tanner bobbles his head around like that too...I finally got some video of him, and will try to post this week. Too funny...you Orange boys are alike!
ReplyDeleteDon't worry Flynn I got your back if that mouse tries anything.
ReplyDeleteWe know: get your dad to dig out the hole. Then you can get the mouse much better.
ReplyDeleteFlynn, we would love to help you dig out that mouse. We loves hunting too.
ReplyDeleteMoe, Mindy, Bono, Cookie & Mike
You are so brave to stick your paw all the way down into that hole!
ReplyDeleteYour little meow sounded just like "Simon's Cat"!
Take care with your dear little paw, love. You never know what mousies are up to.
ReplyDeleteHow exciting, Flynn! Too bad he wasn't home, huh?
ReplyDeleteThat was so COOL, Flynn! And the way you flipped around and reached deeeeeep into that hole, I'll bet if you'd pulled a mouse out, it would be speakin'Kiwi! 'Cause, New Zealand is directly opposite Devon on the globe-muy awesome!
ReplyDeleteFlynn, you're so brave! We don't know if we'd be able to reach down as far as you did or would be willing to test out that big ol' hole. No wonder you're such a mancat!
