Friday Flashback and Caturday Art.

This week the flashback features Eric and comes from April 2008.

There I was just lying on the patio table........ lazing around in the sun like you do.......
When suddenly I heard a noise.
Yes I can definitely hear something in the hedge.
It's going upwards.
It's nearly at the top. I wonder if I would get into trouble if I climb the hedge to investigate.
Ok I won't leave you all wondering what's happening. Mr and Mrs Blackbird have got a nest in there and mum says I have to leave it alone. I'll bide my time. You can't always be watching me mum.

As Eric had the post this week Flynn gets the random photo.
The Trout Towne Tabbies asked for 27.06.14. It didn't matter how hot it was, Flynn always liked to sleep in the greenhouse. It must have been too hot for his plant pot though.

I am joining Athena, the Cat Goddess for Caturday Art.

For Eric I started with Fairy at 60%, then added Sadness at 25%.

For Flynn I started with Landscape at 75% then Psychedelic at 50%

  2. Well, i would stay away from bird parents, they can be fierce.

That greenhouse looks like the best place for a snooze.

  3. I hope the birdies were able to steer clear!

  4. Birds can get rather nasty if they are defending a nest! The robins here scold our pups a lot, even when they are just passing by...
Thanks for the puzzles! The greenhouse really got brightened up with the art effects.

  10. Hey my darlin' gingers. I giggled at the hangovers of paws and a head.
Looks like there is an intruooder lurking in the hedges. Oh I have some mighty fine photos of our friend's kitty Charlie aka Sir Charles. He belonged to folks down the street but they were bad owners. Charlie started staying in our fiends carport. He is 100% outdoors only but they did manage to capture him for neutering. And he has gradually become tolerant of an annual trip to the vet for shots

  22. It was probably a good idea to listen to the peeps and stay away from those baby birds and parents - the big ones can be nasty sometimes.

We love your art - you always have such beautiful works.
