Eric gets the main post this week which comes from September 2010 and is called:
I Told You So!
Mum told me I was wasting my time waiting here for mousies because they would be in the barn.
I know differently though. Just a bit of patience, then POUNCE!
Told you so mum! I was very good though and didn't eat all the mousie. I just had a little taste
Flynn gets the one photo post this week also from September 2010 and was an Easy Like Sunday.
I hope you all have as good and relaxing Sunday as me.
I am joining Athena, The Cat Goddess for Caturday Art.
For Eric I started with Illusion at 50%, then Sadness at 45%
For Flynn I used Flowers at 40%, then Flow at 15%.

I had another 4 cards arrive this week. Thank you to Cecilia for continuing to send them to me for everyone.
Dearest Jackie and Ivor,
ReplyDeleteOh my, Eric was one serious mouser—and successful!
That pounce photo is purrfect!
Flynn with almost closed eyes, so happy in his Kingdom.
Hugs,
Mariette + Kitties
Eric, you certainly put your mum in her place for not believing you!
ReplyDeleteFlynn, that long grass sure made a comfy spot for a rest! Personally, I'd rather lounge around in the grass than eat mousies! π
Those boys were always so happy! Such pretty art too, wow! Hugs from all of us.
ReplyDeleteA little taste was very restrained!
ReplyDeleteWhat a good hunter! I'm sure he was fed enough at his regular meals just a taste of mouse was enough.
ReplyDeleteThank you for linking up with Feline Friday!
Usually it's Flynn who gets the mouse, isn't it? Not this time: Eric could be swift, too, eh?
ReplyDeleteDon't try giving advice to an expert "mouser"!
ReplyDeleteha gotcha! well done... mice appear at the weirdest places, not only in da barn... we had one in a bucket.... literally... have a good weekend...
ReplyDeleteEric, you just had to show your mom that you knew what end was up when it come to a mousie. And Flynn you look so handsome in the sunshine that day. I bet your mom was glad that both of you knew what to do outside.
ReplyDeleteMaybe mouse needed some seasoning? Though I always love your art, this weeks photo of Flynn was especially sweet: the original image and your rendition of it. Stay warm and cozied up now ... with a hot toddy!
ReplyDeleteAngels Eric and Flynn you two gingers were two peas in a pod in all of your daily activities. I always enjoyed each walk about
ReplyDeleteYou are very welcomed for the cards and sending hugs to you Jackie and Ivor

ReplyDeleteStunning art!
ReplyDeleteThat was some great mousing by Eric, and we love the shot of Flynn relaxing in the grass. XO
ReplyDeleteSuch beautiful art. Eric was certainly a Mighty Mouser. The picture of Flynn relaxing in the grass is furry sweet.
ReplyDeleteEric…the Mighty Hunter!
ReplyDeleteEric sure knew how to get his mousies!! Flynn, he looked like he was in bliss mode!
ReplyDeleteEric's adventures are always enjoyable, and Flynn's artified relaxing is absolutely purrfect.
ReplyDeleteAHHH! Mousies! Even though it is furry cold (and we have had some snow) we are continuing to catch mousies for Mom! Jo Jo snagged a humongous one in the garage and wanted to bring it in to play, but Mom would not let her. I Marv though it was quite tasty! We love seeing photos of Eric and Flynn and their catches! Keep being awesome!
ReplyDeleteMarvelous Marv (and Mom Barb)
Flynn looks very Zen-like in that picture!
