Maybe that is just a Howl-o-Ween decoration? Its nice you are back and out of lock up.
But you understand, when humans like cats, they like all cats. When they met this fellow, they wanted to make his acquaintance and keep a memory of it. That tux looks noble and full of pride at being a cat.
They should get the tail of disgust until they let you know exactly what is going on--and give you extra treats. Lots of treats.
Inquiring minds want to know who that tuxie kitty is.
