Memories of Eric and Flynn

This is our new blog. You can find our old blog at http://ericandflynns.blogspot.com We will be keeping it up permanently.

Location: Plymouth, Devon, United Kingdom

We are ginger and white brothers and enjoy sharing our adventures together walking in the fields. Sadly Eric left for the Rainbow Bridge on 19.03.2013. I joined my brother on 1st May 2017 so now we are together again for all time.

Eric's Day, The Rose Memorial.

Eric's Memorial rose is now flowering so we wanted to show it rather than do a Flashback this week.

This is the first bloom from 4 days ago.

The bedding plants are slow this year because of the very cold and wet Spring but are starting to grow at last.

Although they don't show up well here, there are 12 roses planted in the Memorial Garden to mark the graves of all the cats who went before. Some of the oldest roses need replacing, but that will wait until the autumn when the bedding plants are taken up.

We think Eric would like his rose as the centre is a lovely ginger colour as was he.

That memorial rose is beautiful - you have planted an idea in Mom's head now:)

We want to thank you so very much for your kind words of comfort and friendship after our very sudden loss of Thunder. We are all still very sad, but the support and love from all of our friends from all over the world is helping to heal our broken hearts. We are sure that Thunder Dunder is now in a very happy place and also very thankful to have so many wonderful friends.
