In a Hurry.

I am on the other side of the fence in one of the horse fields.
I could go through the wire to get out the other side if I wanted to...

but it is easier to go through the gate.

And I am in a hurry because mum just told me it is dinner time.

You're just like my sister, Tess! She sometimes trots down the side of the road to visit the neighbours which she's not allowed to do but sometimes does, anyway, but when she returns, she ALWAYS walks all the way to the driveway before turning back into our yard. We don't have a gate though. Hmmm... If we did, would she need a key to get back in?

Hi there Flynn, we have some of the fence too and we also prefer the gate especially when the Mom is there to open it for us. Looks like you had a nice walk. Take care.

Flynn it is good to see you out patrolling the horse field. There is probably lots of interesting things to sniff out there (and some stinky things too). You look like you are feeling pretty good these days and it great knowing that you have a good appetite. Dinner one of the best reasons to run home when mom calls you.

I hurry when it is dinner time too Flynn. Granted I just have to go from room to room but a kitty has to do what a kitty has to do. Good idea with the gate too. Keeps the fur from getting mussed.
