This is the other side of our purrison fence. There is a gate just out of sight on the right of us and that is the way mum takes us for our walks. When we go out, we are supposed to go straight to the fields but we made mum wait for us cuz we suddenly smelled an interesting smell.
Yup, there has definitely been another introoder around since yesterday. We don't recognise the smell but the Beans have seen a black kitty up by the road gate. They don't think it is a stray though because it looks welll fed. It probably comes from the village to the fields to hunt. It is only about half a mile away across the fields.
Flynn: You know what you keep telling me about strange smells don't you Eric.
Eric: Yup. I've said it before and I'll say it again. If in doubt, pee on it.

ReplyDeleteEric, you always got to mark it and make it smell like YOU! That's the only way for a good mancat! I like the smells too, they make life interesting when you're an old guy like me.
ReplyDeleteUm, we never go outside so if we were to pee on an odd smell we think mom would prolly have a fit! Yoor dad did purrty good wif da shooting. Mom haf not done any shooting fur a very, very long time. She did a couple of skeet competitions when she was, um, 14? we think she sed. She wasn't really into it as much as going to da pistol range...and bow hunting...yeah, she hadded brofurs.
