This Friday Flashback is also from February 2008. Last week we were asked if the grass really is this green in February. The answer is yes, but not in all the fields. The field we are in here, and the other field we were in last week are the horses summer fields. They come out of them in November and then they are rested until April so they get plenty of time to grow again. The horses winter fields get all muddy where they gallop around, and they eat the grass right down short. When the horses go back to their summer fields, dad has to reseed the worst parts and then roll the fields to get all the bumps out of them.
Anyway, this Friday Flashback is called:
JUST MOOCHING AROUND
We have had good sunny weather furr the last week and a half, so we are going outdoors as much as possible.
