When our Beans met Jeter's mom and Flat JH, Jeter sent some presents for us. We got a cap each and Jeter sent a pin for us. Not any old pin though but an original Laffin Jeter pin. We will wear it with pride.
I think we look good in our caps.
We also got some great toys and they are all to do with baseball. We got Temtayshuns too.
Thanks Jeter and your mom, oh and don't worry, dad hasn't really stuck the pin in my head!Now for some more holiday photos.

This is the Dakota apartments where John Lennon was murdered, viewed from Central Park.
The Flat Iron building named for it's shape.
They went past Wall Street and were surprised at how narrow it is.
Then they saw the Wall Street Bull.
After that they caught the Staten Island ferry and went past the Statue of Liberty,
and saw the Verrazano Bridge. Thanks to Furry Paws mom for the advice for the best views from the ferry.That's enough holiday photos for today. There are more of them than there are of us. We will let mum post more tomorrow.

Jeter gave you some really great gifts. I love the hats. The vacation pictures are wonderful. I never knew that Wall Street was narrow, either. That's a great view of the Statue of Liberty.

If yoo look at the bull yoo will see the front end is a different colour ~ where everybuddy touches it ~ our Mom and Dad's paw ... erm ... hand prints are on it!
Once Mom saw your cabin on the ship she wouldn't let us scroll down to see anything else. She has cruising fever!

ReplyDeleteThis is reminding mom and dad of when they went to NYC and they walked down Wall Street and then walked over to the Statten Island Ferry for a ride and then they went to Central Park. What a great city! They loved seeing the dog walkers with all the woofies...did your mom and dad get to see those?

She loves to see your Mom and Dad's pictures, especially the one of the cabin on the boat. "Whoa neat," she said. Yeah, Mom says that sometimes there is a lot of bull on Wall Street.
