We were glad when we were released from our purrison and couldn't wait to go looking for mousies again.
The last time we saw them they were in this long grass.
It's longer now and we can't see them. Maybe they have moved home.
Flynn: I am going to check over here but it doesn't look hopeful.
I hope that introoder kitty hasn't had all our mousies while we were locked up.

OMC ! That's huge job, Big field for you guys to find the mousies !
ReplyDeleteI don't think any intruders get your mousies, because I don't think they are a great hunters like both of you !
xox
PS : Love your photos, very bright day
I don't think you two will give up, they have to be there somewhere!
ReplyDeleteWe understand it's colder there...maybe the mousies are preparing/hiding in their winter nests? What a tragedy...NO mousies. We think you should give it another couple of weeks, though. Perhaps they'll come out for Indian summer (this is the "American" name for the nice warm spell that happens after we think fall/winter has arrived)?

ReplyDeleteWe hope you find where they moved to !
ReplyDeleteMousies!! I have seen one for ages now that my neighbours are being responsible about clearing up their yards. It used to be that 2 doors from our place the yard was so overgrown because no one has lived there for over 20 years.
ReplyDeleteI mean I 'haven't' seen one for ages. Bad, bad typist, that SS.
ReplyDeleteHmmm What a mission!I think the mouse can be behind that fence!
ReplyDeleteLuna
Yikes! We hope you find some tasty mousies. You can come here and hunt birdies instead--our neighbour's declawed cat got *another* robin yesterday. He gets mousies sometimes too, but he's more a bird guy. :-P
ReplyDeleteI would love to come on a mouse hunt with you!!! Hola from Barcelona. Rio
ReplyDeleteWe want to come help you find those mousies. We love to go hunting. We have confidence that you will find them soon. Take care and all of you have a super day.
ReplyDeleteWe hope you find some mousies to chase and catch later. We had two last week - one laid dead just outside the door and mum made a little passage under the fence so the other one could escape and when he had she blocked it up again. She has no sense of fairness after all he was trespassing in our garden so he was ours!
ReplyDeleteLuv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
....er.... sorry lads, we have to own up. We've been on a mission lately to catch and eat ALL of the mousies in the SW. We're quite full now, so give it a week or two and there should be some new mousies appearing.
ReplyDeleteSorry
Oliver & Gerry

ReplyDeleteThose mousies heard the boys were back in town after being locked up in their barn. They're hiding because they are scared! And they know you're anxious to have a mousie munch! Good luck boys. Kisses and hugs!
ReplyDeleteP.S. Will we get to see photos of your mum and dad's holiday?
ReplyDeleteOh no, that Intruder probably as them all in a sack!
