ReplyDeleteMom just got done reading "The Sound of a Wild Snail Eating" on her kindle. It is a memoir of a woman who was bedridden. A friend brought a violet she dug up in the woods as a gift and there was a snail attached she didn't know about. The sick woman had a terrerium built and the snail became her companium. Wonderful stories she tells! So anyway, now mom loves snails.
