Mancat Monday.

Eric: The sun was shining so me and dad went for a walk.

Flynn and mum had gone on ahead so I went to catch up with them.

Found him!

Flynn: I have been sitting here watching Pandora the chestnut mare.

She is looking to see if there is any food in her bowl.

She doesn't like me and tries to chase me. As long as she is that side of the fence and I am this side, we will both be happy.

  1. What!! She doesn't like you?? What is wrong with that horse? Hay for brains!

  2. Maybe she just wants to play? It is probably safer that you stay away, though. Those hooves can be dangerous.

  3. Maybe she should give you a ride back to the house!

  4. Pandora sure is a pretty girl but you are wise to stay away. A kick is a very nasty thing.

  5. We agree with Callie! Maybe she needs a quick claw of doom...

  7. What a nice day for going out walking with your peep. I like to walk around the garden with mine, too. Makes the peeps happy, you know. And happy peeps get real generous with the treats. purrs

  8. You better stay on that side of the fence because we've heard those hooves pack a punch if you get in their way.

  9. Hmm, well, me would stay on the other side of the fence from her too!

Love the name "Pandora", when I was little I had a "thing" about chestnut horses...I had all kinds of statues of them
You look quite taken with her, wish she felt the same!

  29. Well, we think Pandora's a bit strange if she doesn't like you. After all, who couldn't like YOU???

She sure is fun to watch (from this side of the fence), though, isn't she? :)

    Hugs!

  30. Pandora is beautiful, but I can't understand why she wouldn't like you. But if you both have reached a satisfactory agreement that sounds good to all of us.

  32. You guys didn't sneak into her pasture and eat her oats did you?

We sure love seeing pictures of your little corner of the earth!

  33. Oh what an idyllic life you two kitties lead! Even the Lord's Prayer talks about walking in green pastures!

And what have you done to make Pandora dislike you, Flynn? Did you drop dead mousies in her bowl or something?
