The rain has stopped for a few days and it is nice to get out in the sun.
Nomming the grass again,
Breathing in all those nice fresh smells.
Wondering if your brother is going to pounce on you as he walks up behind you. I don't call him humpa lumpa for nothing.
Yes, this is the life. The only trouble is......
We have to walk back over the nasty icy grass to get back to the fire.

We don't have icy grass but it has been rainy and raw and icky here as well. The boys couldn't go out all day yesterday. Bless their hearts.

Well, it's not even winter yet, boys, so you may have some more of the ice in the next little while. But at least you have warm sunshine in some areas. I can feel it, it's so bright.

Your mum should carry you when you get to the icy grass. Cold toes are not good.
