The Friday Flashback comes from December 2010 and is called:
Keep Fit With Flynn.
I like to keep my tummy trim and to do so means exercising every morning. This move is very good for your tummy muscles. You have to touch the toes of your back foot with your opposite front foot. The secret is to raise your other back foot at the same time.
When you have done that you can relax for the rest of the day with a clear conscience.

You make a great workout instructor.
ReplyDeleteFirst!!!
ReplyDeleteDon't forget the important step of not falling off the table while you're doing it.

Great job! I usually just start with the resting part, saves time!
ReplyDeleteFaRADaY: Hey Maxie, take notes! You needz to get your jiggle belleh under control!
ReplyDeleteFlynn, you forgot the part about mousie catching being good exercise too!
ReplyDeleteYou do a fine job of keeping fit!
ReplyDeleteFlynn we tried your exercise moves out & we fell off the table every time. You must have really strong muscles from all the mousie chasing. Us indoor cats are forced to be couch potatos. You should try out for the senior cat olympics. I bet you would win a gold medal and the best part is a wreath of fresh catnip to wear on your head. Do you do yoga or catlotties?
ReplyDeleteThat was an awesome pose!!
ReplyDeleteYou've got all the right moves, Flynn!!
ReplyDeleteGenius, you are! D for Done! My conscience feels much better now, Flynnie!
ReplyDeleteI'm with Brian, move straight to the rest part!! ;)
ReplyDeleteOh we will have to try that exercise Flynn. Two Two needs a new one to do. Good job staying on the table while exercising. Have a good day and hope you stay warm.
