Dad lent some straw to his friend for a couple of days and it went up to the farm where I was born.
There are lots of kitties there and I could smell they had been touching MY straw.
I had to get up close and personal with it.
Hmmm this doesn't smell right at all.
Dad is very lucky that mum lifted me down before I peed on it. Don't go doing that again dad.

Did he ask your permission before he lent it out? I bet he didn't ask permission. People never ask permission. :/
ReplyDeleteThat is a strange idea, to lend straw for a couple of days. But we are sure your Dad and his friend knew what they were doing.
ReplyDeleteYou weren't allowed to mark it as your own? Somehow that seems Not Fair.
ReplyDeleteDang, those smells deserved a good pee Flynn!
ReplyDeleteThey just borrowed the straw and returned it? Did it get used by horsies and rebundled up?
ReplyDeleteBut it's yours, isn't it Flynn? What a shame your dad didn't let you mark it as so!
ReplyDeleteGood job checking it all over, Flynn. No telling what your dad might have brought home in his straw!
ReplyDeleteKeepup the good work.
Sounds like it could have used some pee, Flynn! MOL!
ReplyDeleteWow! You just needed to mark all that as your territory! Sheesh. If there were other cats, you would not have been to blame handsome cat!
ReplyDeleteIt's your straw, so you should have be allowed to pee on it!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a spoilsport!
ReplyDeletehappy late blogaversary!
ReplyDeletewhat's wrong with peeing on the straw? isn't that what it's for? cows pee on it!
If that was the barn where you were born, Flynn, what you were smelling were probably your brothers and sisters.
ReplyDeleteHow naughty of the kitties to touch your straw without permission Flynn.
ReplyDeleteLuv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
I think you should have peed on it too! Love, Cody
ReplyDeleteWell that is a shame you did not get to give it your own scent. Have a great day!

ReplyDeleteDid it smell like humans, too? Did they have a hay ride. We know it would be wasteful to pee on it, but Gee, it did come back smelling or other cats!
ReplyDeleteIt's hard work re-owning that straw Flynn, we think you should do a crafty spray on it when your folks aren't looking and don't have their camera to hand. It is YOUR straw.
ReplyDeleteGerry & Mungo

Flynn you did a fine job of checking each blade out and we know you will have it all smelling like you in no time.
ReplyDeleteWe're disappointed your mum lifted your off the hay before you got to fix its smell. Guess you didn't get to look for any mousies in there, either :(
ReplyDeleteEven so, we bet there were some great smells there! Mousie smells too, maybe? *drools* Purrs...
ReplyDeleteawww! She shoulda let you pee on it!!! MOL xx
ReplyDeleteIt's really not fair that you weren't allowed to mark it as your own after those intruder cats had been on your straw!
ReplyDeleteWe think you should have been allowed to "claim" your straw!!

You're now on my faves so I can visit with my new blog when I get it.
Our piggie Toby would like to tuck into that hay!
ReplyDeleteWhen you were at the other farm, did you see any kitties that looked like you or Eric? You obviously come from a very handsome line, sweetheart.
ReplyDeleteStraw with the scent of other kitties! ! That should give you a good bit of fun, shouldn't it?
Love to you from us.
