Over the years Eric tried very hard to stop our mum and dad going on holiday. Here are some of his efforts to keep them home, although none ever worked.
And in case you are wondering, yes I did help him too.

Wow, it didn't even work with BOTH of you! Your humans are harsh.
ReplyDeleteFine efforts, both of you. Keeping the hoomins from going away is a very tough thing to do.
ReplyDeleteYep, he sure never quit trying!!!
ReplyDeleteWe don't understand why your beans would go away from you two loving cats.
ReplyDeleteEric sure was persistent! :)
ReplyDeleteEven if it never worked, A+ for effort!
ReplyDeletethis soooo made me smile! My Angel Bobo used to do the same!

At least you and Eric tried to stop your Mum and Dad going on holiday.
ReplyDeleteWe can't understand why anyone would want to go up in the sky in a tin can.
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
Well, at least we can't say he (you) didn't try!
ReplyDeleteAwwww that was so sweet not wanting you to go :) xxooxxx

Got to give you "A" for effort! We think our mum would have "caved".
ReplyDeleteIt's Friday so we know it's Eric's day. We always look forward to seeing your handsome face (and yours too Flynn). Eric you gave it your best shot trying to keep your Mom and Dad from going, you really did. I don't know how they resisted your cuteness.
ReplyDeleteThose are fabulous pictures. Those suitcases sure looked comfy.
ReplyDeleteAwwwww, so cute! Maybe he wanted to go with them? Cats need holidays too.
ReplyDeleteMiss you Eric!!!!!
ReplyDeleteKitties have got to try!hehe,xx Speedy
ReplyDeleteYou obviously have some very determined humans!!
ReplyDeleteAww he sure loved those suitcases.

What an hysterical series. Exactly what happens at our house. And, or course, we try to borrow down among the clothes when the suitcase is still open. One time the airlines wrapped our dad's suitcase totally in plastic wrap because it was covered with so much cat hair. MOL. ReplyDeleteThat third photo says it all, doesn't it! What a guy!
ReplyDeleteOur Eric had the gift of making every
spot he chose look like the most
comfortable spot in the world. He
has that special look. We just want
to jump on those cases and join him.
Which is exactly what you did,
Flynnie. We love to see the two of
you together. We'd have a tough
time leaving two such adorable faces.
We love you.
(Since Eric crossed, these Fridays
mean the world to us.)
MOL. Maybe Eric and our Angel Graphite have found some suitcases to lay upon together at the Bridge. :)
ReplyDeleteFlynn, good job with helping. Such a sweet memory.
Eric - you sure were a valiant cat!!! Purrs from the Zee and Zoey Gang!
ReplyDeleteEric you gave it your best shot and it still didn't work. Good lot of trying though. Flynn I am sure you will be still keeping up the good work and still trying to stop them. Hugs GJ x
