Shrinking Sun Puddles.

During the summer I have enjoyed coming in here and getting the evening sun puddles. I seem to be waiting a long time for them to get here lately.

Something's wrong, I think it has shrunk.

I can only get my paws in it.

I'm not very pleased about this.

Well that was a waste of time, it's gone already. Mum says I will have to wait until next spring before it comes back again, so I suppose I will have to find my sun puddles elsewhere.

  5. Our sun puddles have become fewer and farther between lately, too, Flynn. Well, until spring you'll just have to stay warm by getting lots of extra snuggles from your mom and dad. That doesn't sound so bad!

  6. Or, your Mum could move the sofa...
    Hee-hee!

  17. Oh I'm certainly sure your mom will make sure that you'll enjoy fall as much as you enjoy summer!

  18. Yes, the sun-puddles in my apartment are moving and shrinking, too, Flynn. The sun is off to southern climes and what light there is, is rather thin. Just another five months until spring, though.

  21. We're holding YOU to that next spring Flynn.
Our sunpuddles are shortening too because it gets dark so much earlier now and very very soon our time changes (what a stupid thing we do!!) in fact I think it's this weekend and it will be dark before 6pm! EEEK

  31. Days shorter, the sun puddles don't last as long, in different windows. I want summer again.

  32. We understand completely, Flynn. Our sunpuddles are shrinking, too! :(

  33. Shrinking sun puddles should be banned! At least our window that has the best sunpuddles is south facing so we can catch what little there are of them until the days get longer once again...
We hate the long dark nights even more than the hiding sunbeams...but at least now the best spots in the den are by the heating vents, ahhh!

  34. I feel you so much!!! It's so sad to see those sun puddles shrinking:(

  37. That's the only thing I don't like about this time of year--fewer sun puddles! Maybe you can dream about them. Then before you know it, it will be spring and you can lie in them again.
