Flynn's Plaque
Ivor made a plaque for Flynn the same as he had done for Eric. We also bought a deep orange rose which is planted over him.
Our boys together for eternity.
The wisteria which he loved to lie under in the mornings is blooming.
I am still choosing the photos for Flynn's tribute. There are so many to look through, but I will post it when it is finished.

We love it, Jackie, it's so beautiful. Knowing that Angel Flynn and Angel Eric are together again is heartwarming. We shall never look at our wisteria the same now we know that it was Flynn's favourite place in the morning. Soft Pawkisses <3 <3 <3
ReplyDeleteIt makes us all happy to see the boys next to each other again. The rose bush will be beautiful when it blooms. Angel Sammy reports that your boys are together all the time now just as they were in life - and they miss you just as you miss them. Sending you hugs......

ReplyDeleteThey are my favourite friends. I always do love their outdoor adventure. I love the way you put them under the rose. I'm sure they will be happy to lay next to each others. And when the rose give the flowers. You & Ivor can be sure. It's them you smell because my mom always tell me cat smells nice... just like a rose.
ReplyDeleteHug to you
Beautiful resting place for the boys. We're sure they are happily chasing mousies together at the Bridge but we know you miss them very much. We do too.

ReplyDeleteThank you, Jackie, for posting the photos of Flynn's resting place. It helps to give me a sense of closure - that all is well for he and Eric now. I have hoped for this post. Thank you again.
ReplyDeleteThe plagues are both lovely. Ivor did a wonderful job. The deep orange rose, a "ginger" rose, will be wonderfully appropriate, too. I shall call all orange roses gingers now. :)
Thank you for doing the tribute when you have the photos selected. I am not on Facebook so have been hoping you would be back here to leave these posts for us. Thank you ever so much.
May you have much peace.
Love to you, Jackie and Ivor and, of course, to both the boys,
Lily and Tommy Kitty
Together always. As they were in life, so they are at rest. At home, in the garden of the beautiful green lands they loved so much. The lovely plaque marking his spot made by his beloved father and his mum finding a deep ginger rose, a perfect tribute for our dear boy. All of our love always. Such sadness.
