The Friday Flashback - If in Doubt.....

First of all some good news. In my post last week I had Pippa doing the Sunday Selfie.
I had an email yesterday to say she has already found her new Forever Home. She was only at the shelter for just over 2 weeks.
Great news for her and her new family.


The flashback this week comes from March 2011 and remembers one of Eric's traditions.
If in Doubt........

 Flynn: Hmm, a strange smell. I wonder who has been around here. Well, you know what Eric always says..........

if in doubt, pee on it.

Eric: Hmmm, a strange smell. Who can have left it?

I get a familiar smell coming through with it though. Very strange! Never mind, you know what I always say......
...if in doubt, pee on it!

    YAY for Pippa! As for the boys - they were brilliant at property protection from introoders including "reclaiming" spots that others tried to claim by the old "pee method" !!

    Eric had an interesting view on life! I'll never forget when Tanner was in our yard for an outing and I heard something, and looked over and he was peeing in the garden. I said, are you embracing your inner Eric? Orange boys are such fun!

    We are so happy for Pippa! Congratulations to her new family for adopting.a beautiful new , forever member.
    We could always count on Eric to let any and all introoders know that they had invaded his territory. A proud man cat, he was. His bridge crossings anniversary is next month, isn’t it? Will it be 5 years? We’ll all have to share our fondest memories of him. Missing the boys so.
