The Friday Flashback - The Wrong Pot.

I am doing another flashback this week. It is actually two posts that go well together.
They were originally posted in March 2011.


Eric: What do you mean, I'm in the wrong pot? I must admit it isn't very comfy with lots of spiky things sticking in my butt.

I wonder if that one would be better.

Flynn: He must need his head examined when he has got a nice comfy pot like mine that he could be napping in.

A few days later....
Eric: The other day when I was in the greenhouse, I couldn't get comfortable because I was in the wrong pot. This one is much more comfy.

Flynn says I am still in the wrong pot and should be in the brown one.

He says the green one is his, but I say first come first served.

Flynn: I am not happy, I want to get in my green pot.

Mum can you tell Eric to go in his own pot. No, I don't want to get in his pot, I want my own.

I will sit here and sulk until he moves.

    We learned to like sitting in pots watching Eric and Flynn. We cant wait for Spring when TBT puts out pots we can sit in.

    OK, most of the pots have plants and we can't sit in them. But he puts out a couple with a old dishtowel so we know which ones ar OK fer US!

    Love this double flashback - it's like a "continuing story" for those boys and their favorite pots! What a cozy spot to curl up and enjoy a snooze....I think Angel Sammy was always jealous of those pots....I suspect at the Rainbow Bridge there are some nice pots that Eric, Flynn and even Sam curl up in from time to time when nobody is looking!

    Eric may have just been trying out a new pot, to see if there were any advantages. Clearly, there were not. And as for Flynn, well, I probably would have sulked, too. There were traditions to uphold, after all.

    Oh my, that brought tears of laughter to my eyes and lifted my heart! Those two were something else, for sure!
    Musical pots sounds like a great party game, just so long as there are two pots for the two and each ends in the right one MOL
