This week the flashback comes from November 2011 and was just after we had come home from a holiday.
What is the most important job that a mancat needs to do on his release from lock up?
Leave his scent of course and get rid of that awful introoder smell.
Sniff sniff sniff hmm doesn't seem to bad here, what do you think, Eric?
But this definitely needs a bit of Eau de Flynn.
Eric: That's right, you keep up the good work Flynn and I will make myself busy nomming this grass down to size.
Here is my picture for Caturday Art.
I used Scribble at 40%, Landscape 55%, then Tuscany at 50% finishing with Reds at 45%.
You can see more art with Athena the Cat Goddess
I have also made a jigsaw, so click on the small picture to go to Jigsaw Planet.

My human had a very territorial girl cat in the 1980s and 1990s who also marked outside.
ReplyDeletewell done!!! and the leaves are da purrfect camouflage background for you ... so you are invisible for da intruders and you can get them.

ReplyDeleteOh yes - very important to reclaim lost territory from introoders after being gone for a while. The boys sure took that job SERIOUSLY!
ReplyDeleteHugs, Pam and Teddy too
Job well done, you two handsome boys. We all mark our territory around here. Wishing the Mom and Dad a great day.
ReplyDeleteIt's so impawtant to protect one's territory from unauthorized purrsons.
ReplyDeleteEau de Flynn. MOL! Love seeing you two angels again!
ReplyDeleteOh my, there must have been tons of scent to leave. You poor guys, I hope you fortified yourself afterwards with plenty of treats and mice. Then had a really long nap. I have to do that after a visit to the vet and thats just for the hour! MOL
ReplyDeleteLove the colours of your picture this week, especially the upright sheets. They look so much better than the boring stuff I usually see on farms.

The boys certainly knew how to let intruders know that was their territory!
ReplyDeleteWell done with those peemails, Angels Eric and Flynn. You have to let those introoders know who the bosses are!
ReplyDeleteThose two were such loyal companions and protectors!
ReplyDeleteWanted to stop back by and say I enjoyed the puzzle!
ReplyDeleteYep, they both definitely followed the standard rules after lockup. Mark territory and eat grass!

ReplyDeleteAlways nice to see what the beautiful Eric and Flynn were up to.

Cats would make great "drug dogs" if they could stay focused
ReplyDeleteYou sure did a thorough job of 'resmelling' your domain!
ReplyDelete17:27 on the puzzle.
