Remembering Eric

        Eric 8th April 2000 - 19th March 2013.

Another year has passed and it is now six years since you had to leave us.
Nothing changes, we miss you as much today as we ever did and we always will do.

You loved your walks around the fields stopping to check everything on the way.

Then coming back to sit outside just enjoying the sun and fresh air.
We will never forget you and your brother, Flynn.
We hope you are romping happily together at the Bridge with all those friends who have joined you there.
Love you forever, darling boy.

    Even though it is part of the life cycle it does not mean we have to like it.

    Awww we miss Eric too. His adventures with his brother always made us smile and we loved his love for life on the farm. They were wonderful special boys and we thank you for sharing their adventures with us.

    I regret that I wasn't blogging when Eric was alive. But you keep him alive in a way by sharing these memories and introducing him to new people. You do such an amazing job that I feel like we know both your boys - and love them.

    Time passes so quickly....they're just as alive in our hearts NOW as they were when they were still with us. Eric and Flynn both had the BEST life with you and Ivor - I know they continue to run through fields of green at the Bridge...and maybe - just maybe - Sammy catches up to them once in a while for a good run!

    First, even though we did not know Eric, we are for your loss no matter how you long ago you lost him. I lost my Tigger September 11, 2015. I still miss her. Our love and the fact we will miss our pets no matter what.

    Oh my do I ever miss you sweet boy. YOu and I both lost our dear beloved babies in the same year...Abby followed Eric in August of 2013. I know how you feel about the passage of time. It's surreal. I miss them both so much.

    He was a beautiful cat, and you can see his personality shining. It's hard that they have to leave us so soon (I miss my Marmalade too) but I bet he's gamboling and exploring on the other side of the rainbow. Maybe he'll meet up with my cat over there.
