Friday Flashback and Caturday Art.

 Both flashbacks come from December 2009. The first is a short video of Flynn. Be sure to have your sound turned up!



Mum found this video on her old memory card from two years ago. I still love having my bottom smacked. I get very excited when dad does it.

And an Easy Sunday with Eric.

I usually like to take it easy with dad, but I decided to honour mum with my company for a change.
We just saw that this  ̶i̶s̶  was our 900th post.

I am joining Athena, the Cat Goddess for Caturday Art.


I used Quirky at 45%, then Sadness at 30%.

For the AI art I entered ginger cat hunting in the text box.
It looks more like a photo and I was going to play around with it. They actually got the eyes right so I decided to leave it as it was.

    That video is PRECIOUS! A firm pat on the bottom is (I think?!) a sign of love from Dad. LOL Some cats respond to a little "enthusiasm" like that I guess - Teddy loves a FIRM brushing down to the skin instead of a "just make me pretty please Mom" kind of brushing!!!!

    That video is the bestest! I, Marvelous, don't like the butt smacks but every other cat who has owned our Mom has loved it - but none ever got as excited as Flynn!     I never knew that Flynn was such a purrvert! This smacks of quirkiness and purrkiness at the same time.

    The artified version of Mom with her lapcat Eric brims with heartfelt emotion. It came through the artification process unscathed.
    As far as the AI, only a true artist knows when to leave something alone. Well done!
