Friday Flashback and Caturday Art.

This week I have two short post from March 2010.

Easy on Sunday

Uh oh, here she comes with the flashy box.

Don't worry dad, I'll keep the light out of your eyes.

Two Tummies on Tuesday.

Flynn: Before the weekend, it had been dry for over a week so the earth was just right for rolling on. Earth in your fur feels really good.

Eric: While Flynn was rolling in the earth, I decided to soak up a few rays.

I am joining Athena, The Cat Goddess for Caturday Art.

For Eric I started with Psychedelic at 50%, then added Surreal also at 50%

For Flynn I used Fairy at 45%, then added Smoke at 25%.

  2. Such a nice boy, protecting Dad's eyes from the flash. I haven't had the joy of rolling in dirt (at least not since I was a tiny child), but I agree a nap in the sunshine can be a delight.

Thank you for joining Feline Friday!

  3. Oh, these boys are so precious. Taking care of their Dad, and enjoying rolling in the earth and sunbathing. Mom's catwork is sure nice. Hope Mom and Dad are both well. Until next time...Jean

  5. That Eric was such a considerate fellow. And I can just feel the earth and the sun in the last two photos. Good times...

  10. Precious says that Flynn has the right idea of soaking up the sunshine. Being a girl she's not too sure about rolling in the dirt.

  11. Lots of cats and dogs don't like the camera, but we all grew up with it, so it is something normal for us. Cute photos of you both.

  12. I LOVE seeing those two tummies, and taking care your dad didn't have to see the glare from the flashy box was so nice of you!!!

  13. Your dad was lucky to have had you both. That first photo made me chuckle!

Rolling in the dirt feels soooo good! Your mum might not have appreciated you bringing the dirt into the house, though. 😁

    Terrific artwork, as always!

  14. OMCs what a fine service your leg/paw severed as a mask to keep out the flashy light and the sun light.
    Adorable

  18. Eric is so sweet to protect his Daddy's eyes so he won't wake up, and those two belly shots of the boys are so yummy! I love what you did with the art. Flynn truly melts into the earthiness, while Eric is an absolute standout (even though he's lying down). I changed my Friday post to read Eric. Thanks.

  19. We love that Eric shielded Dad Ivor's eyes like that. So sweet! And Flynn was such a rolling-in-the-dirt-connoisseur!

  20. So sweet, those two! I don't think I could be a cat. Rolling in the dirt doesn't sound appealing to me. Lol. :)
