The flashback this week comes from March 2010 and is a Mancat Monday.
Flynn: With Spring coming, there seem to be more and more interesting smells. I think a squirrel may have climbed this tree.Eric: Something has been here too. It may be the introoder cat who poops outside our gate.
Eric: We don't stop and sniff here. The badgers have made these big holes for their setts. We hurry past because they have big sharp teeth.

Those boys sure were having a whiffin' good time! Lovely art!!!
ReplyDeleteAh, spring, when scents come strong enough even for humans to smell. I don't mind badgers, but I'd stay away from their homes, too...
ReplyDeleteSpringtime was a busy time for he boys
ReplyDeleteLoved this and the introoder cat that poops outside our gate lol :-)
ReplyDeleteHave a pooplesstastic weekend 👍
The boys were certainly having wonderful thoughts of a warm spring on that day. Lots of sunshine even if it was winter. I have so many squirrels in my yard, but they almost make the herd of deer look small.
ReplyDeleteYou boys were very wise to avoid the badgers! There were plenty of other good scents to check out anyway, I see. 😺
ReplyDeleteOMCs after this very cold wake up 26 F and we are looking forward to spring too. However, I wish spring would last as longer
ReplyDeleteHugs Cecilia
They boys could always sniff out the introoders!

So much to investigate!
ReplyDeleteYou two Angel kitties always had such terrific adventures; thank you for sharing them with us.
ReplyDeleteOff to puzzle with your lovely artwork: thanks for that too.
Curosity keeps the cat interesting
ReplyDeleteEric and Flynn were very smart boys. Thank you for the puzzles. XO
ReplyDeleteWe love the Spring photo shoot, we are looking forward to seeing Spring show up. It got cold here, we do not like cold.
ReplyDeleteGlad that you both knew to pick and choose what you would sniff and explore and where not to! Mom's catwork is sure pretty. I hope Mom and Dad are both well. Until next time...Jean
ReplyDeleteSpring definitely does bring interesting smells. Love the artwork.
ReplyDeleteOh sweet Angels, outside smells are sooo delicious😸😺Double Pawkisses for a Happy and Healthy New Year to your peeps. Make it a great year!🐾😽🎇
ReplyDeleteThat was some top notch, grade A whiffing by Angels Eric and Flynn. And a wise choice to skirt by those badger holes. Happy New Year, Jackie and Ivor!
ReplyDeleteGlad they had such great times together. The art is stunning as always!
ReplyDeleteIt's nice to remember spring when it's still all cold and wintry. Something to look forward too. Lovely art too - We don't recall seeing Shattered before...
ReplyDeleteSquirrels 'round here don't wait until spring. Here it is, January, and they're outside racin' around. MOUSES!
ReplyDeleteOutside sniffs in the countryside are always intriguing and enticing!
ReplyDeleteFor us pups, too!
The boys always had the best "smells" out on the property to explore didn't they!!!
ReplyDeleteHugs, Teddy and Mom Pam
I a grateful those boys know to stay away from badgers. I don't think there is a single badger that is good to be around!
