This week the flashback is from April 2010 and features Eric. So Flynn isn't left out he has a video at the end.
Helping my Dad.
I've been very busy today helping dad work in the field. I am just checking the digger to make sure everything is greased and ready to use.
Checking the tracks are straight.
All seems okay there so I will just see where dad needs to dig.
This looks like a good place to start so I will make a line so he knows he is in the right place. I might even have a poop while I am about it.

Playing with Holes!
Dad dug a big hole specially for me to play in. Mum thought it was to put her rose bush in, but what does she know!
I am joining Athena, The Cat Goddess for Caturday Art.
For Eric I used Garden at 60%, then Daisies at 45%.
For Flynn it was Psychedelic at 60%, then Sparks at 30%.

Eric was a great snoopervisor and yes, holes are for the cats!
ReplyDeleteEric was sure great about helping his dad. And what Flynn found so intriguing about that hole is beyond me...
ReplyDeleteOh, Eric and Flynn how you worked hard in helping your Dad!
ReplyDeleteKitties are so clever and eager to join their human Parents and lending a hand.
Playing with holes is even enjoyable.
Such images are treasures!

Mariette
Oh! Wow! Helping Dad with the digger,
ReplyDeletewhat fun, at least the boys made sure it
was safe for Dad to use...The talent those
two boys had is amazing...Bless!xx
Those boys were EVER so helpful - checking on Dad's projects and the special equipment......and finding new spots to play (or poop) in !!! Tee Hee

OMCs I didn't see this the first time (or I don't recall) but what a wonderful flashback. OF course the hole was for your enjoyment...and Mum's rose bush could only live there once you were finished. I love seeing you Gingers working with your boy toys

Eric was a great snoopervisor!
ReplyDeleteWhat a good job you did of snoopervising, Angel Eric!
ReplyDeleteAngel Flynn, soil is as good a place as any to play in, right?
Nothing better than digging in the dirt! Nicely done boys and mum.
ReplyDeleteThat was dangerous werk for Eric. But a big mancat can handle equipment. May we ask how far apart Eric and Flynn were in age?
ReplyDeleteI knew you would potty in that dirt! MOL
ReplyDeleteThat was a lot of fun from both of you boys. I really enjoyed that video!
ReplyDeleteThese are great!
ReplyDeleteGee Eric, what a fabulous life you had! Such a pawsome place to explore. Bet your Dad appreciated your help too!!
ReplyDeletePurrs Winnie
Such heartwarming memories. You boys sure know how to make one smile. I look forward to visiting you every week on your page. Mom's catwork is awesome! Hope Mom and Dad are both well. Until next time...Jean
ReplyDeleteAngel Eric was a great snoopervisor. Dad Ivor's job would have been impossible without Eric making sure everything was just so! And we loved that video of Flynn checking on (and claiming) that hole. XO
ReplyDeleteGorgeous art, as always. The one with Eric climbing on the digger shows what a big boy he truly was. I think it's so sweet that both boys wanted to help their Dad dig it!
ReplyDeleteThat was a fun video to watch and the art is lovely!
ReplyDeleteYou're a great helper, Angel Eric and what an amazing video, we were MOL to see you playing and jumping in that..err..your hole...MOL...Double Pawkisses for a Happy Weekend to all of youπΎπ½π
ReplyDeleteSuch lovely art - and what hard workers the boys were!
ReplyDeleteAww. Can you imagine Eric behind the wheel of that machine?! I don't know why I thought of that, but it made me chuckle!
ReplyDeleteEric seems very mechanically minded. Video wouldn't play for me oh well!
ReplyDeleteEric was so helpful...and who knew a hole could give a kitty so much fun!
ReplyDeleteLovely photo! I grew up with a Ginger Tom we called Binky. Your sweet kitties reminded me of him today. Visiting from Cecelia’s blog. Enjoyed my visit very much. I lived in Torbay for many years and visited Plymouth often.
