Back in March 2010 Brian had a St. Patrick's Day competition for the best use of green, and this was the boys entry.
Brian is having a competition for St. Patrick's Day. Here is our entry for best use of green.
With all the lovely green grass we get, we like to put it to good use.We nom it..........
We explore in it.........
We take a pleasant afternoon stroll in it..........
We rest our weary feet in it..........
Whilst enjoying the sunshine..........
And of course we just relax in it..........
And have a little snooze.
Happy St. Patrick's Day everybody. (two days early!)
I am joining Athena, the Cat Goddess for Caturday Art.
For the second one I also used Landscape at 70%, then added Surreal at 50%. To be honest I can't see any difference in the effects on both pictures.

ReplyDeletewhat splendorous, lush greenery the Angel Boys had to romp and wander in. We just love the cat on a log picture.
ReplyDeleteThe boys had endless greenery to explore in their fabulous yard and property.....with Mom following to record their fun. So happy to re-live those moments with your photos...........makes our hearts smile.

ReplyDeleteHappy St. Patrick's Day (almost). Here it only means massive street partying in the university district, with kids coming in from far and wide to take part. I'll stick with your green, thanks. ππ
Wonderful pics of the boys roaming the countryside! And they translate purrfectly into art pieces. Love the softer colours. Flynn is on Dani's blog again. I corrected the name from last week. Hugs

ReplyDeleteNothing seems as green as the grass of England. Thank goodness the boys were able to live in it so much.

ReplyDeleteGreat art, and the puzzles were a ton of fun to play...thank you.
Lovely art. Green is a lovely colour and put together with the orange and white fur - it's exactly right for St. Patrick's Day. As Irish as you can get!
ReplyDeleteYou sure have a lot of beautiful greenery there, and it sure does enhance the beautiful colors of your furs.
ReplyDeleteWoos - Lightning, Misty, and Timber
Nothing better than that nice soft and cheerfully green grass!
ReplyDeleteHappy St Patrick's Day!
There is no green like a lawn green. We are glad both the boys got out into the green world so freely.
