Keep Fit with Flynn.
I like to keep my tummy trim and to do so means exercising every morning. This move is very good for your tummy muscles. You have to touch the toes of your back foot with your opposite front foot. The secret is to raise your other back foot at the same time.
When you have done that you can relax for the rest of the day with a clear conscience.
I am joining Athena, the Cat Goddess for Caturday Art.
For Eric and his dad I used Grey at 30%, then Sadness at 40%.
For Flynn I used Flow at 35%, then Landscape at 40%.

ReplyDeleteWe LOVE LOVE LOVE the pictures and the art today! Mom's leg is doing better-she actually walked half a block outside (with her walker) yesterday and she turned around and walked back! We figured if she made it around our local grocery store she could make it up the street and she did! Nutmeg is thrilled as she misses her tramps through the village. Keep being awesome!
