This week the Friday Flashback is on Thursday as it is 13 years since Eric had to leave us, so this post is dedicated to our precious boy.

Easy Like Sunday.
I am hoping for a nice sunny Sunday so I can lie on the shelf and sunbathe.
The sun on my fur feels so good.
Now if you will excuse me, I feel a nap coming on.Hope everyone had as good a Sunday as me.
Tummy Tuesday
Flynn might like to think he has got a cute tummy, but I have the biggest!

We have had nearly a week of sunny weather so I like to lie on the shelf of our outdoor run and catch the rays. The run is only used for holidays but is left on the lawn the rest of the time so we can sunbathe on the shelf if we want to. It's a good place to show off my tummy.
Dad came over and rubbed his head against me. I think he is trying to make me smell like him.
Now I will have to have a bath and get my smell right.
Quick wash of the legs and that should do it.
Finished! Don't do that again dad, it's me who is supposed to put my smell on you, not the other way round.
For the first picture I used Flow at 30%, then Beauty at 45%.

ReplyDeleteWhen we think about how many more years we live past the life of our pets it gets rather depressing. But on the other hand think of all the wonderful love they give us when they're with us. Those boys certainly gave it to you.

ReplyDeleteOh how we love seeing beautiful Angel Eric.....he was a sweetheart and sure did love life in his beautiful home and property......so much to see and do there. I think your two boys were definitely in the same Ginger Family as Teddy is - "Giganticus Sweeticus" (big sweeties). I know not a moment goes by that you don't have a thought about one or both of your beautiful boys. I know they are taking care of their Mama and Dad.......every day.

ReplyDeleteWe can't believe it's been 13 years. Mom still talks about all the fun Socks and Scylla had going on adventures with Eric and Flynn.
ReplyDeleteEric had relaxation down to a science. :) It's been almost four years since the previous cat I had (Qandi) crossed Rainbow Bridge. We will never forget our fur babies. I often tell Bell and Fiona about their "Auntie Qandi".
