A Present from Basil and Parsley.

When it was Parsley's birthday, Basil had a giveaway for 3 winners to get a hardback copy of his book, Basil the Bionic Cat, and we were one of the winners!

Here is the book which I will let my mum have as long as she reads it to me.

I got a prize too! Look at my lovely tissue paper, and it's my favourite colour, green.

*sniff sniff* I wonder if that is Basil I can smell, or maybe Parsley.

Maybe I can use it as a pillow when I nap on my nice new paper.

I think I had better rub some of my own smell on it first.

Happy St. Patrick's Day to all my friends.

Recently I entered a giveaway draw by Mary Ann at The Very Best Cats with Tiger, Motor and Jack to try and win jewellery for my mum. She was having the giveaway to promote her new online store, PAWsomeART.com.  My name was drawn and my mum chose this pretty kitty pendant.

Mum chose this one because she likes the happy smiling kitty.

She loves the paws around the setting too. (note that I made sure she got my fur on her T shirt for the photo.)

A Great Week!

Earlier this week the man in shorts brought a package for us. It is a lovely black ceramic drinking bowl and we won it on Angus Mhor's giveaway. Mum told us it is a fountain but we would have to wait for her to go into town to buy a voltage adaptor.

She filled it with water and put it on the floor for us to get used to it.
Eric: I started drinking from it as soon as she put it on the floor. I like to put my feet in it too and see how far I can fling the water.

Mum was doing something by the water bowl today so I went to see what was going on.
"Hey mum! This water is moving all on it's own. You're right, it is a drinking fountain."

Mmmm, I like this moving water.

Flynn: I wasn't sure about it at first so I whapped it to let it know I wasn't afraid of it, then I had a drink. I like drinking from the stream before it gets in the bowl.
We love our drinking fountain. Thanks Angus.

Today the man in shorts brought another package for us. It was from The Creek Cats and they had a giveaway for their Human's Wedding Anniversary and we won the prize for international bloggers. We had a choice of prints and we chose this lovely one of Saylor.

They sent us a birthday card with Maggie May on it too and a lovely note card.
