Mancat Monday

We are on our patrols again and thought we would check out the wildflowers. These are forget-me-nots which are not really a wild flower, but they are growing wild here in the field.

We don't know what this flower is, but we think it is pretty.

We call this the "Vishus Deer Tree".

It's branches are soft and furry like the velvet on a vishus deer antlers. We don't know what it is called either or how it got here. We think a bird must have dropped a seed at some time.

We had a quick look over to where the badgers live, but didn't go over there.

Checked a few smells........

Phew! It's further to climb back up than I thought.

Then we relaxed in the sun.

Flynn: And I kept a close eye on Eric's shadow in case it jumped on me.

  8. Hi Guys!
Wow that looks like a whole lot of fun! I went down and patrolled along the river bank all the way to the bridge today. The racoons have not moved out of their burrow, so the river can't be too high yet. And I was mouse hunting. 3 more heads for my collection under the junipers!
    Have a great Day!
