The Pond

We are sitting here waiting for our Beans to come back. There is a pond at the bottom of our fields with Koi Carp in. For the last two years, two Canada Geese have nested on it and now they have got goslings. Mum was going down to take some photos and we wanted to go too. She said we couldn't because the dog who wants to eat us lives there and we wouldn't be safe, so we had to stay by our home and keep guard for introoders while they were gone.
Mum shown us the photos when they came back up and we told her she could borrow our blog to post them if she wanted to. We hope you like them.

If you biggify the first photo you can see some of the little fishies in the bottom left corner.

Here is one of the big fishies. We think dad should have brought him back up for our supper.

  1. That looks like it would have been a fun adventure for you two, minus the cat-eating dog. But then, you might have been tempted to play with the goslings and big fishes.

  29. We have lots of canada geese where we live too. The young goslings are so cute when they are little, but then they grow into that gangly "teenage" stage and to us look quite homely.
