I like to keep my tummy trim and to do so means exercising every morning. This move is very good for your tummy muscles. You have to touch the toes of your back foot with your opposite front foot. The secret is to raise your other back foot at the same time.
When you have done that you can relax for the rest of the day with a clear conscience.

My human does that move when she puts on her Pilates DVDs. It's called the Saw. Only she does it on both sides, and repeats it a few times. I will have to tell her she has been doing it wrong.
