When my legs were less wobbly I laid on my new nippy quilt that Ms. Stella O Houligan had sent to me and napped there for a while. (This photo was actually taken a couple of weeks ago, but I looked just the same lying on it last night.)
Eric said he had been keeping my plant pot warm for me. He usually goes in the brown one. He only hissed at me a couple of times but he keeps giving me the stink eye. Mum said he is a good
Fish! Yum! And what a lovely new quilt yous got from Ms Stella!

See there? Everything is back to normal already! Almost. It will be soon! And your plant pot is waiting for you, honey pie! Don't keep it waiting too long, OK?
ReplyDeletewe is glad you is feeling better. so our v-e-t says that if we get hissy with each other after visits to squirt some baby powder on all our butts so we all smell the same. she said this werks like a charm. um EWWWWWWWWWWW. does she KNOW what that tastes like?
ReplyDeleteFlynn, glad you are home and resting up. Good for you to eat already. OK, I have a question, next to that pot where Eric is, there a plant there. Is it a lemon or lime tree?? Or neither. Take care.
ReplyDeleteGlad you're feeling better...I'm sure the fish helped. It's kind of like chicken soup for the humans.

I continue purring to you!
ReplyDeleteFlynn, we are glad you are back home and resting comfortably. So thoughtful of your mom to make you some fish!
ReplyDeleteSending more purrs. You look comfy in the straw.
ReplyDeleteGood thing you ate your fish! Hope you feel better soon and that Eric decides to sit next to you in his pot.
ReplyDeletePurrs
I'm glad you're feeling better, Flynn. Any surgery is worrisome for a cat's guardians, so your mum and dad are undoubtedly relieved to have you back with nothing more amiss than a tooth. One of my cats has a smell about him that makes another of my cats growl at him most impolitely. But he'll get over it, just as Eric will. Maybe you can get some more fish out of it, from pity.
ReplyDeleteEric and Flynn, thank you for your condolences for Olivia. We appreciate your kind words during this sad time in our life.
ReplyDeleteWilliam, Caroline, Russell, Gracie, and our mom.
P.S. Flynn, I hope you're feeling better. It's awful to have toothie troubles!
Flynn we are all so glad you are feeling more like yourself today. I know that it takes awhile to get over going to the Vet's ... cuz it's traumatic.

ReplyDeleteMum's know just what to make so we feel better, don't they?
So glad you are home and seem to be doing OK. We hope we don't have to go into the VET for anything anytime soon.
ReplyDeleteOh we do recall those evil V-E-T smells, we do indeed! We're glad you're not getting the whappies from your brother though.
ReplyDeleteRest up dude, and get back to your normal shenanigans soon!
