Mancat Monday.

We have had nearly 2 weeks of no rain and the fields have dried out nicely. This means we can go for more walks.

We looked in the hedge to see if any mousies were about.

Mr Badger takes a short cut through the hedge here so I sniffed the thorns to see if he had been here recently.

Then I went a bit higher up the hedge to see if any fevvers have started building their nests yet.

No, nothing to be seen here.

Flynn was watching a mousie hole. He thought I was going to frighten Mr Mousie away.

I didn't though, I walked on past.

Flynn kept watching.....

and I ate some grass.

  30. We're glad thing are dying out for you now and that you have fresh grass to eat (and barf up). LOL.

As for the mousies...They might be a little scrawny and underweight after the winter, maybe you need to give them time to fatten up. :-)
