This week I have once again been playing around with various effects of the same photo.
This is the original photo.
This one is the Landscape filter from Dreamscope. It is okay, but I would prefer if I could adjust the effect myself.
This one is done with Lunapic. I remembered to take note of what I had done this time.
I started with "scribble" reduced to 35%, then I added "sunshine" at 55%, then red blush" at 30%. I couldn't leave out my favourite filter so added "landscape" at 35%.
This is the same as the last picture, but I added the frame from Pizap.
This one is also Lunapic. I used "fairy" reduced to 40% and then "sunshine" at 33%. I then added Lunapic's bevelled glass frame.

Those boys really loved their fields.
ReplyDeleteThese are all really lovely effects - but the photo was really nice to begin with!
ReplyDeleteYou chose a lot of GREAT looks for this already amazing photo of the boys keeping an eye on their fields. That second one truly looks like a painting - oils I think. Your boys were so VERY photogenic and isn't it fun to be able to continue making their photos artistic with the art filters online? Sending you hugs....
ReplyDeleteLove, Pam and Teddy too
That picture of the boys looking over the fields is just great and we like the last picture with art added. Well done. Have a great week end.
ReplyDeleteThat's such a wonderful photo and the art is all totally fabulous!
ReplyDeleteThese are all great. I especially like the first one with Dreamscope. That would look nice on a canvas. XO
ReplyDeleteThey are all super duper gorgeous but #2...is our favorite.
ReplyDeleteWe always loved seeing the dynamic duo on a 'field' trip.
Hugs madi your bfff and mom
We think the landscape one could be a picture you hang on the wall--
ReplyDeleteThat is our favorite photo of the boys. Mum liked it so much she printed it off on good photo paper years ago. We like the second picture as it looks like a oil painting.
ReplyDeletemy favorite is the second one. A nice painting effetct :)
ReplyDeleteWe love the original and our favorite is the second one--it looks like a fine oil painting.
ReplyDeleteThey all turned out very nice, miss Jackie and we just love the glass frame :) The picture is one of our favourites too. Two beautiful Angels <3 Pawkisses for a Happy Caturday :) <3
ReplyDeleteEven the original looks like artwork!!
ReplyDeleteThe Florida Furkids
ps - your card is in the photo - it's sitting up on the back of the sofa just a little to the right of the center top. It's a super nice card because it reminds us of Angel Ellie.
ReplyDeleteThese are gorgeous pictures of the boys, hope you realize that. Finding a favourite is hard. I do believe the first picture has that dream-like quality. The only thing it could use is the frame from the other picture. I never use a frame and now, after seeing the boys in a frame, I think I should try it. Thanks, Jackie.

Jackie!
ReplyDeleteYour subject matter - the two glorious mancats and the exceptional scenery WOW! Your paintings from the photo are ALL stunning!
I love how you use the Lunapic filters to control the output. I have so very much to learn.

This week is hard ... I don't know which one I love most. Maybe 3 or 4? Your boys always take my breath away!
ReplyDeleteThe original photo is a work of art in itself!
ReplyDeleteLove the way you’ve made the light fall in the last picture. Love always.
Those are fabulous! That picture is truly a work of art.
ReplyDeleteJackie, Thank you for adding our Lily Olivia to your side bar. She is so truly missed at our house. The original photo of the boys is incredible...seeing them there together looking off into the distance, and everyone of your arty creations is beautiful. You might also want to try the Painnt app as you can make all the various adjustments of percentage as well. Sending prayers to you, Jackie. ReplyDeleteIt is impossible not to love seeing the boys together, they are such a delight. The Dreamscope image made us gasp and cry as it is so wonderful a picture, a delight!

You can almost hear their thoughts of an adventure that awaits
ReplyDeleteGreat photos and effects
Timmy and Family
I love this photo, Jackie. It's as though Eric and Flynn are surveying their land, and imagining the adventures they will have. :)
ReplyDeleteI liked all of the effects, but the "Landscape" one is my favorite.
The photo is great, and the effects turned it into beautiful art. Purrs
ReplyDeleteThe picture of usin' the Landscape filter is like a work of art. It could be framed and hanging in an art gallery, for sure. PURRS.
ReplyDeleteI do like the Landscape filter version - the colours leap out at you. That's my favourite picture of the boys, by the way. They were always in tune with each other.
ReplyDeleteThe effects are beautiful, but the original is wonderful to start with! Great photo!
ReplyDeleteWow! These are really, really good! We can envision canvas wall art with any of these.
ReplyDeleteSeeing pictures of Eric and Flynn together warm our hearts. They loved each other so much and were definitely two peas in a pod.
ReplyDeleteMakes you wonder what they are looking at! They were such a photogenic duo!

Wow, those are such pawsome picture affects!
ReplyDeleteNow that Dreamscape one is a WINNER if I ever saw one. I LOVE that! Just the unadorned photo is the best I have seen of the boys. Them sitting like that gazing out at the field..what a perfect capture. The Dreamscape made it beautiful in a whole 'nother way.
ReplyDeleteI do love that Landscape filter.
ReplyDeletedoodz....number one looks like Monet ~~~~ noe joke !! well, we think itz him any way ♥♥♥ and two lookz like de wild wild west ☺☺☺
