Friday Flashback and Caturday Art.

This week the flashback comes from December 2011 and was called:
Tree Wars
Flynn: I like to get on the cat tree and play with my Christmas tree that I got from last year's Secret Paw who was Baby Patches

Oops, dropped it.

Thanks mum.

Uh oh here comes Eric and he thinks this cat tree belongs to him.

Eric: lick lick.

lick lick lick. If I keep licking Flynn will go.

Muuuum, he won't get down and I've only got a tiny corner.

Haha! I knew he would get down if I kept on. Now I can sit here with my favourite mousie Fred Bare, previously known as Scruffy Rat.

Flynn: It's not fair, I was there first, now all I've got to sit on is this piece of paper.

For my Caturday Art this week I started with Tuscany at 70%, then Delaunay at 30% and finished with Fairy at 30%. I actually managed to not use Landscape this week!

    if we had a cat tree it would look the same way... da phenny is a real diva and he runs always to the mama to complain when I'm too close to him.

    Oh boy - what a FUN flashback that is....tree wars can be tough but Eric had a great technique to get Flynn to abandon ship - unwanted baths do the trick! Love the art effects on their photo too - PURRRFECT.

    That was an amazing technique by Angel Eric. It was a tree war without any real fighting. We do feel a little bad for Angel Flynn, though, because he WAS there first. :)

    We’ve always love the little slice of life stories you brought us. So delightful and the boys always managed to make such adorable facial expressions. We’ve always thought these would make a wonderful book.

    My brofurs argue over who gets to sit at the top of the cat tree all the time. When they all get hissy, they jump down and I jump up and nap. I'm the Queen of the Cat Tree! Love yoor art.

    Sweet flashback indeed. I especially like the sitting on papers part as that's what I have a tendency to do often. Well, until mom yells at me, of course. Wonderful art, too!

    Oh Jackie I actually laughed reading this post...Eric & Flynn must have given you & Ivor so many fun moments & happy memories. They were adorable!

    At my house I rarely get to enjoy the cat tree. We have five...and I never get to enjoy the tippy top. My brofurs are warriors when it comes to being King of the Cat Tree.

    You two guys are so much fun and have such great antics. Mrs H loved Fred Bare, that really tickled her humour :)
    Oh bless, I love the image this week but Eric's nose seems to have a touch of sun burn. I do hope it gets better soon ;)
    And now for the jigsaw, one of the highlights of week, for sure. Awesome!
