Friday Flashback. - On Patrol.

This week for the Friday Flashback I thought I would do something different and have put together a few very short Mancat Monday posts that would otherwise not get repeated.

ON PATROL.

Warning! These grounds are guarded by Mancats on Patrol!

Vishus Deer Lookout.
On our walk around the fields yesterday, we went down into our bottom field. It was very exciting because we don't get down there very often. We have to go through the field with the horsies and sometimes mum has to shout at them because they chase us. This is the field where the vishus deer go, so we make sure mum has a can of Mao and Rocky's Vishus Deer Repellent. I was doing my lookout duty for the vishus deer. I didn't see them but I bet they were watching us. It was okay though because me and Flynn are Mancats and we would protect our mum.

Sky Patrol.
High up in a tree is a good place to do your Mancat patrols.

Two Way Patrol.
It is easier for Mancats to purrtect their property if they both sit facing opposite directions so no introoders can sneak past.

Mousie Patrol.
Now there is some new hay in the barn, we have to work very hard on mousie lookout. We make sure mum pays us well with treats.

After Patrol Relaxation.
Hard working mancats need time to relax when they have made sure everything is safe.

I have used the first photo for my Caturday Art.
Using Lunapic as usual, I started with Beauty at 30% followed by Tuscany at 40% and finished with Frida at 30%

You can see more art with Athena the Cat Goddess.

Of course I have also made the art into a puzzle. Click on the small picture to go to Jigsaw Planet.

  7. Glad you are back so we can see more flashbacks of the intrepid guard-kitties at work! They were such a well organized TEAM - patrolling and protecting the borders of their kingdom. Handsome gingers doesn't hardly tell the tale - they were so special.

  18. These are adorable Monday posts and we love the way you’ve put them together to make a delightful story. You are a marvelous author Jackie and we always thought that a book of boy’s adventures would be lovely. They were certainly captivating man cats and are obviously still loved by many people and always will be.

  34. Those boys had a dream life with you! Our Mama smiled at the idea of horses chasing cats in a field! Not because she would want to think of your boys ever getting hurt in any way but because she wondered , what were those horses thinking?!!

We hope you are well. We think of you and hope that is the case xx

I hope someday to have a place where we can get out to enjoy more but land is so darn expensive. Maybe I'll win the lottery in the new year but first I need to start playing. lol Thanks for sharing and visiting!
