Memories of Eric and Flynn

This is our new blog. You can find our old blog at http://ericandflynns.blogspot.com We will be keeping it up permanently.

Location: Plymouth, Devon, United Kingdom

We are ginger and white brothers and enjoy sharing our adventures together walking in the fields. Sadly Eric left for the Rainbow Bridge on 19.03.2013. I joined my brother on 1st May 2017 so now we are together again for all time.

Friday Flashback and Caturday Art.

This flashback comes from April 2012 and was originally an Easy Like Sunday.
Eric: This can't be right! I'm the biggest mancat and I've ended up on the old smaller cat tree.

Flynn: This new tree is lovely and comfy with plenty of room for napping. Zzzzzzzzzz.

Eric: At last! That's much better.

Flynn: Hmphh! Might be for you.

Note: The novelty of the new tree soon wore off and Eric went back to his favourite old tree and so both were happy.

I am joining Athena the Cat Goddess for the Caturday Art blog hop.

As usual I used Lunapic and started with Scribble at 25%, then added Landscape at 55% to bring more colour back into it. I finished with Sadness at 35%. It is the first time I have used that effect but I like the way it gave the lines more definition. I think I will be using it more in the future.

Of course there is also a puzzle. Click the small picture to go to Jigsaw Planet.

Sometimes you just have to try something new, but usually the old is more comfortable.

Eric, I'm so with you... I'm the leader of the pack and I'm the one who always has the smaller space... why the mama adopted such an elephant? with a wawa I would be happier...

Things usually work out don't they - at least with two trees someone was always "up" !! Love Eric's perfect leg dangle. Those boys sure had the fine art of looking adorable down.

We are glad they settled on a favorite tree each. But sometimes you need to try all the spots to decide that.

It's so lovely not to have to share, but the downside is you don't get to have tow items to argue over! MOL
You guys really are so very special, and so easy going at times, too.
