Friday Flashback, 13th Blogoversary and Caturday Art.
Tomorrow, 20th July will be our 13th blogoversary. I wish the boys were here to carry it on, but I do my best to keep their memory alive and will continue to do so.

This week the flashback comes from December 2012 and is called, "Sunshine"
The rain has stopped for a few days and it is nice to get out in the sun.
Nomming the grass again,
Breathing in all those nice fresh smells.
Wondering if your brother is going to pounce on you as he walks up behind you. I don't call him humpa lumpa for nothing.
Yes, this is the life. The only trouble is......
We have to walk back over the nasty icy grass to get back to the fire.
I am joining Athena, Cat Goddess for Caturday Art.
I started with Tuscany at 55%, then added Scribble reduced to 20% and finished with Flow at 35%.
As usual there is a puzzle.

ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed reading that first blog, Jackie! We were not blogging back then and I only met you after Eric went to the Bridge. I didn't realise he was such a big guy! Anyway, congrats on your 13th Blogoversary! That is quite an achievement. So many people have just disappeared over the years.

That's a HUGE anniversary - 13 years is a long time and of course you had two gorgeous guys to talk about for most of those years. All those adventures and fun - I wish we'd known you all along but we are thrilled that we DID meet you and get to know Eric and Flynn - They became part of our world and still are....Angels forever watch over us. Hope your blogaversary is a day of great memories and lots of love.

Happy Blogoversary! We started in 2006 as well, and I wish I had kept up with it like you have. Sadly, Grr crossed the Rainbow Bridge July 16. I know one of the first things she did was meet up with Eric & Flynn and our other friends who are there.
