Before this week's flashback I wanted to show some of the lovely gifts we were given last week. I am sure there are many of you who remember Ginger Jasper. They no longer blog but we have been good friends for 9 or 10 years now.
Carol and Barrie came down from Yorkshire last week to stay with us and we all had a wonderful time taking them to various places in Devon and Cornwall.
They know someone local to them who makes garden art from old tyres and they brought these for us:
An Eric and Flynn planter.
It even has Flynn's facial markings.
They bought plants the next day when we were out and about to put in it.
We love it, it is so different.
They also brought a flower with ladybirds which is now on the fence.
Now for the flashback which comes from September 2012 and is called:
Hide and Seek.
Flynn is hiding from me.
But I know where he is.
Wheeeee! Here I come!
Yikes! I'm out of here!
I am joining Athena, the Cat Goddess for Caturday Art.
I used the penultimate photo and zoomed in on it. You can see from the original that Eric was moving fast and was blurry.
I started with Landscape at 50%, then added scribble at 35% finishing with Watercolour at 45%
Of course there is also a puzzle.
