If you haven't received an E card from us, please take it from below our header.
As it is almost Christmas this week the flashback is when the boys got their Secret Paw package in December 2012.
Our Secret Paws package has arrived! Look at this great card, we like to pounce on mousies.
We looked inside to see who it is from and it is Pierre, Newton, Ashton and cousins Nellie and Earl from Sometimes Cats Herd You.
Eric: I can't wait to see what we've got.
It is exciting to get presents don't you think Flynn?
Flynn: Well I would if I could get a look in.
We have got a Kickeroo each and lots of fevvers.
And look! We have got a huge bag of Party Mix. We love those treats but can't get them here.
Mum has given us a few but I wonder if I can get some more out.
Have you managed to get some out Flynn?
Flynn: Look, we have got a lovely box too. It is a bit small for me to get in but I am working on it.
Eric: It doesn't matter how hard you try, I don't think you will fit in there Flynn.
I had a chew on my kickaroo but mum was too slow to get the photo. I don't bunny kick, I leave that to Flynn. I like to bite it instead.
Look! We have got balls with fevvers on too.
I am going to lie on the treats so Flynn can't get them and mum can't put them away.
I can play with my fevvers at the same time.
Flynn: Move over Eric, you're hogging everything. You can't see it here but I am playing with a little soft ball.
Now I am attacking stripey which is nice and soft too.
Hmmm, this kickaroo smells interesting.
I've got the little soft ball again. I love batting balls around but I get a bit nervous of them sometimes because one hit me on the nose when I was a small kitten and left me with a whistley nose. I really like this one though because it is so soft.
Mum laughed at me because I was trying to bunny kick it.
Oops! It tried to escape.
Phew! I am tired out now. Do you think I am fitting in the box any better yet? I have taken the ball in with me.
Thank you Pierre, Newton, Ashton and cousins Nellie and Earl, we love our gift from you.

What a fun time the boys had with that gift package. They knew how to appreciate presents. And the Christmas header certainly shows off their resemblance to each other, despite the contrasting patterns. Such wonderful boys.
ReplyDeleteWe love how Angels Eric and Flynn enjoyed their presents - and the wrapping - so much. We love and miss them always.
ReplyDeleteSuch a lovely flashback to a holiday experience...
ReplyDeleteEric & Flynn,
ReplyDeleteIt looks like y'all had a great time with your Christmas presents. We already gave presents to our kids but they are long past the stage of playing with the paper and boxes. Yeah, humans sort of grow out of that phase. The only one remotely interested in such things and she's a bit too young yet is our granddaughter. I say next Christmas she will fully comprehend the fun of ripping presents open. :) Have a meowy Christmas and a happy new year, my furriends! PS: Thank you for the Christmas e-greetings which made my morning special.
That was a great Christmas! Thinking of you and your boys - and wishing you a very merry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteThat is a sweet flashback. The boys really scored with their Secret Paws. Thank you for the puzzle. XO
ReplyDeleteMom remembers that post! Queen Nellie loved it!
ReplyDeleteWe don't get out on the interwebs much these days. We just had to stop by and wish for you guys and that the treasures and pleasures of Christmas be with you with love and peace all year through.
Merry Christmas!
