This week the flashback comes from March 2008 and is called: Sharing.
FLYNN: When we haf our Temtayshuns, I usually have mine on the top of the cat tree, and Eric likes his on the floor. Sumtimes he likes to come up wiv me but that's ok, there's room furr two. ERIC: I don't fink I could have had as many as you cuz mine are gone already.
ERIC: No I don't, now go on, let me haf one of yours, pleeeeez.
FLYNN: Yes you do. Mum's always telling you to crunch them cuz it's better furr your teefs to crunch. That's why you got three teefs less than me.
ERIC: Well I don't want to crunch, so there!
ERIC: Well I don't want to crunch, so there!
FLYNN: Steady on Eric, that's my last one. You ate all of yours and half of mine. Mum will have to sneak some more to me when your not around.
The random photo this week was chosen by The Trout Towne Tabbies who asked for 14.02.07. I had several for that day as it was when they received a box of goodies from Flynn's girlcatfriend and family, Grr, Midnight and Cocoa. I couldn't decide which to use so there are two!
I am joining Athena the Cat Goddess for Caturday Art.
I used Surreal Painting followed by embossed both at 50%. You will need to click on the picture to see the effect properly.

We really enjoyed seeing those treat boys and their art was very pretty!
ReplyDeleteSuch togetherness your angel mancats enjoyed!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the puzzles...I'm off to play.
If our kibble was on the floor, there would be a mad scramble to get each and every morsel:)
ReplyDeleteVery nice artwork. Have a great weekend.
Woos - Lightning, Misty, and Timber
Eric was a bit of a treat hog, wasn't he? MOL!
ReplyDeleteEric figured if he gobbled the treats up with great speed, he could trick Flynn and you, Miss Jackie into giving him a lot more, MOL!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the puzzle!
oooh we have the same problem... da nelly sniffs them in in zilch and the mama has to be the defence-girl when he tries to get mine LOL
ReplyDeleteWell the boys worked things out themselves anyway when it came to "treat distribution" ! I just love seeing these two together. The epitome of brotherly love.
ReplyDeleteHugs, Pam
How nice they share. Our kitties don't share. Bert is a bully and steals from Sophie any chance he gets.
ReplyDeleteThey always LQQK so good together their antics always amuse me awww
ReplyDeleteNice art versions too
Have a treattastic safe weekend 😷😷😷
Playful couple
ReplyDeleteADORABLE...love the head shots..they say 2 heads are better than one and this is proof positive.
ReplyDeleteHugs to you two angels and your Peeps
Cecilia
Treats, presents, and a box! How does it get any better than that?
ReplyDeleteThe biped says she could never give treats in the same spot when Nicki was with us, one or the other of the boys would push the other out of the way and gobble them. :-P
Eric and Flynn were good at sharing. I would try to eat them all. ~Ernie
ReplyDeleteCertain of mine always liked to mooch treats from others. I have to keep an eye on them when they are given those little gems.
ReplyDeleteLucy would never share her treats! Have a lovely day!
ReplyDeleteSo adorable! :) <3
ReplyDeleteThey loved each other so sharing was a simple thing to do. Such a precious memory.
ReplyDeleteThank you for joining the Feline Friday Blog Hop.
Have a purrfect Feline Friday and weekend. ♥
Hmmmm, Kozmo crunches, Jo Jo swallows and I, Marvelous am half and half! Both of them try to eat my treats as I like to savour mine. We get them in different rooms now! Mom and Nellie love those photos of Eric and Flynn and we can't wait to do the puzzle. Thank you for visiting us and we wish you a furry happy day!
ReplyDeleteIt was a treat to see your boys!!
ReplyDeleteWe love the effect in your artwork!
"I don't fink I could have had as many as you cuz mine are gone already." MOL I love that! Mudpie doesn't always chew either. I can tell when they come right back up again...whole!
ReplyDeleteThere are just never quite enough treats, are there!
ReplyDeleteThat was a cute conversation. My Sammy and Joanie don't chew either and often end up yacking everything up. Thank you for the puzzle. XO
ReplyDeleteCute pictures ! I still have difficulties to look at Arthur's photos who went over the rainbow bridge nearly a year ago. But we still have Rosie.
ReplyDeleteAww, sweet flashback. That fourth one looks like a mirror image! Happy weekend.
ReplyDeleteGreat flashback. We love seeing the boys sharing their treats. Thanks for the puzzle.
ReplyDeleteThe Florida Furkids
I can relate! Lexy eats her treats faster and looks at mine. I just stare her down. MOL
ReplyDeleteI love the story of how they enjoy their treats, and also their sharing. At my house hardly nobuddy shares. And Wabbit gobbles up noms even if they are under somebuddy elses noses! So sad.
ReplyDeleteLovely art!
ReplyDeleteWe don't do well close together sharing treats. We have to be supervised so no one gets robbed! You know what I'm talking about!
ReplyDeleteso funny-Frodo just swallows his food way too fast and then tries to eat all of Zulu's!
ReplyDeleteAh, treat time.. when brofurs can forget they love each other!
ReplyDeleteOh, that Eric! Izzy is the same way--he wolfs everything with no chewing!
ReplyDeleteI'm kinda glad I don't have a fursib even though sometimes I leave a bunch of my treats and TW throws them out.
ReplyDeleteThat's a fun memory! There's always one cat that swallows the food whole, isn't there? :)
ReplyDeleteFLYNN! I never knew ya had a girlfriend, Lad. But that didn't stop me and Angel Admiral from hoping for a snuggle with you.
ReplyDeleteFlynn that Eric is just like a certain big white cat we have here pushing in to get the last treat. Yeah we are fast though MOL. Great photos of fun times thanks so much for sharing. Say Hi to Buttons and Buddy Budd for us
ReplyDeleteAww, what a cute treat conversation. Olive doesn't chew her treats either.
ReplyDeleteIt's beautiful to see the closeness between the brofurs.
ReplyDeleteThat was really sweet. We have a few that like to sneak the others treats as well. - Your art was nice. I liked the texture it had.
ReplyDeleteI like that effect! Have a good week.
ReplyDeleteI get to feeling all fuzzy inside when I see photos of you both with your heads together, enjoying noms. Lots of love..
ReplyDeleteIt's never a good time when two cats eat their treats at different speeds. You can give them the EXACT same number of treats - but the cat that finishes first always believes they were screwed and believes they have some claim to the slower eater's treats!
ReplyDeleteWe really enjoyed seeing the sharing between the boys. They were so sweet together. We love the box photos and all the goodies they got. Thanks for sharing. We hope you have a beautiful rest of your week.
ReplyDeleteWorld of Animals Bethayres
They shared better than WE do.
ReplyDeletethose boys shared beautifully!!
ReplyDeleteAngel Flynn, that's the story of my life with Zorro. Purrs, Pixie
ReplyDeleteAre these your cats? Oh gosh! They are so cute!
ReplyDeleteI also have a ginger cat 😼. He is 17 years old!
Thank you so much for visiting my blog!
There's always a sneaky Pete that hordes the treats.....It's not moi.
ReplyDeleteShoko
They are so cute ❤
